Second Step to Stretching

Alright so this is my next step to stretching your ears, if there are things that you don't get just go back to my other posts.

Okay so The first step to stretching your ears is to pierce your ears. If your ears are already pierced skip this first paragraph. Okay so when getting your ears pierced you should NOT go into any place where they use a piercing gun. You should always go to a professional piercer who knows what they are doing. Usually you will get pierced using a hollow needle starting at the size 16g or 14g. Some people would say to get pierced with a 10g and save yourself sometime, but i advise not to not just because when they pierce you with a hollow needle it is taking out skin that you will not get back, and if you wanna go to a larger size then you need all the skin you can get. After piercing your ears and letting them heal COMPLETELY, i can not stress this enough. If you rush into stretching or going up sizes when your ears are not ready you can cause major damage to your ears.

Okay so after your ears have been pierced and you are ready to start stretching, the best time to stretch your ears is after you get our of the shower, because your ears are more elastic and stretchy from the heat of the shower. So usually depending on if your starting with a 14g or 12g or whatever. You start out by using your pinchers or tapers with the next size up (MAKE SURE TO KNOW THE SIZES AND NOT TO SKIP SIZES). I personally used Pinchers I found them much better to use, they are easy to get in and you do not have to switch them out like you do with tapers, (which are not jewelry to wear). Also do not use tapers after 00g. They put to much stress on your ears and its better to after this size to start taping your ears, which i will get into more detail about in post later on.

So you get out of the shower and you are all jazzed up about stretching your ears. So first you should probly use a lubricant, I use Vitamin E oil (make sure it is not scented or has any dyes in it) you then push the pincher or taper through your ear. DO NOT FORCE IT IN. If it does not go in smoothly with little or no pain, you should definitely take it out. This means that your ear was not ready to stretch and that you should wait longer to stretch. One it is in if you are using pinchers you can put on the little rings that come with it and leave it as is. If you are Stretching with tapers you must switch it out for plugs in that same size. Never leave a taper in, it can weigh down your ear and cause deformity or irritation.

After stretching successfully you should clean your ears everyday in sea salt water mix, following up with a vitamin e oil massage. It is very important for you to do these things to help your ears heal and thicken, and help them being able to stretch in the future. To help stretch your ears you can play with them or tug on them (after healing), to help stretch to that next size. You should not clean your ears with alcohol or peroxide, you should stick with sea salt  and water. Another thing is don't take showers with your plugs in, even after a fresh stretch it is only a little bit of time and you should not worry about it closing up, if you leave them in while showering you do not let your ears breath, or let them clean themselves, and same thing with your plugs. you should always keep your ears and plugs clean.
If any questions ask, or any other tips leave them. I will be posting more about ear stretching.
